Professor Nelarine Cornelius holds the chair in Organisational Studies at Queen Mary University of London where she is also the Associate Dean for Academic Staff Development. Nelarine is currently Visiting Professor at the University of Paris, Nanterre, and Distinguished Visiting Professor, University of Lagos. She is a Fellow of the British Academy of Management (BAM), Royal Society of Arts, a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy UK, and Co Vice-Chair elect (Research and Publications), BAM. She is a founding member of Paris Research in Norms, Management and Law, hosted at the Sorbonne, Paris. Professor Cornelius researches and consults in the areas of equality and social justice, business ethics, and management practices in emerging economies. Nelarine is the author of three academic textbooks in HRM and has published numerous reviewed articles including book chapters and papers in: BJM, Business History; JBE, EJM, I&M and other journals.
